Refund PolicyThank you for considering commissioning me for artwork! Below is my refund policy to ensure clarity and transparency regarding refunds for commissioned work:1. Full Refund Before Commencement:
You may receive a full refund only if I have not started any part of your commission. This includes prep-work such as sketches and digital drafts.2. Partial Refund After Commencement:
If I have started your commission, I will issue a partial refund based on the amount of work completed. The refund amount will be determined based on the extent of the work done up to the point of cancellation.3. Full Refund in Unforeseen Circumstances:
In the event that I am unable to finish your commission due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be refunded in full.4. No Refunds After Completion:
Once the artwork has been completed and delivered to you, no refunds will be issued. At this stage, the transaction is considered final.Please note that this refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties involved.
